We all love some self care time,

Magnesium Flakes vs Epsom Salts ( yes we have both varieties in our store)

While the appearance and application may be similar, the ‘unseen’ difference in absorption between Magnesium Flakes and Epsom Salts is what really sets these two compounds apart.

Epsom salts aren’t actually salt, but magnesium sulphate. Magnesium Flakes are magnesium chloride solution. Both suitable for Bathing Salts.

Soaking in a magnesium bath is a form of transdermal magnesium, a method of mineral supplementation designed to deliver magnesium through the skin for rapid absorption.

Dissolved in warm water, our Mineral Magnesium Flakes Bath Botanicals create a therapeutic bath that may assist with:

  • Eczema, acne and dermatitis
  • Cramps, muscle tension, restless legs
  • Skin hydration
  • Sleep
  • Magnesium deficiency

Simply add a tablespoon to your bath
& enjoy!
